Service Activation & Delivery

Payments
All payments must be completed as per the selected plan or invoice. We accept UPI, online transfers, and other permitted methods. Failure to clear dues on time may lead to disconnection or late fees.

Customers must use the internet and streaming services responsibly and lawfully. Illegal activities such as unauthorized downloading, hacking, spamming, or sharing restricted content are strictly prohibited.

Equipment and Ownership
Devices like routers or ONT units provided by us under rental remain our property. Customers must return them in good condition upon service discontinuation. Purchased equipment remains the customer’s property.

IPTV & OTT Usage
Streaming content is licensed for personal use only. Users must not record, redistribute, or commercially broadcast any content. OTT platforms may require separate subscriptions controlled by their respective providers.

Service Suspension or Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate service due to violations, unpaid dues, misuse, or technical conditions beyond control. Customers may request service termination anytime after settling pending charges.

Limitation of Liability
We strive to provide uninterrupted services but cannot be held responsible for outages caused by fiber cuts, power failures, environmental factors, third-party actions, or government regulations.

Disclaimer
Services are provided “as available.” We do not guarantee specific speeds at all times, as performance can vary due to several technical conditions.

Indemnification
